Train at home or gym you get the same results?
Surely more than once you've wondered: "Really, is it necessary to go to the gym or just do a series of exercises at home is enough?" There are thousands of videos on 'YouTube' personal coaches or instructors will show a series of exercises to run without leaving home, but does it really work? Will I get the same results working out at the gym?




Why is it better to train in a gym?
For many reasons, among which are:
·      Variety of exercises: In a gym you can always do a lot more exercise than at home because of that you have plenty of weight machines and cardio (aerobic exercise). However, at home you are very limited with exercises that you can perform.
·      Security and good performance is very important to properly execute the exercise in order to avoid injury, you can use the machines in the gym are designed with adequate size and structure to allow us to work on specific muscle area and intensify exercise (climbing increasing the weight or resistance) without actually loading other muscles. Moreover, in most gyms serious offers on a personal trainer that will correct the position and guide you step by step to achieve your personal goals.
·      Ventilation and square footage: Gyms, by law, have good ventilation thanks to exhaust their disposal, these extractors serve both to remove odor that can accumulate to oxygenate the atmosphere. If you train in your office or room, training can become very uncomfortable. Being so closed spaces usually small and tend to accumulate a lot of heat, this makes eudemons excessively and can become dehydrated quickly.
·      Training partners: In the gyms we can avoid train alone. Most gyms offer group classes (zumba, spinning, power, body pump ..), where you can interact with other people and motivate watching others. To maintain our motivation is important to integrate into circles of people who share common interests and find them in the gym.
·      Avoid distractions: In the gym the only distraction that may have would be to talk with your partner or watch the Skins to change songs. However, at home we have many more distractions, television, children, telephone, internet, etc. In the gym you can disassociate temporarily and focus on yourself.
·      Some extras: Today many gyms have saunas, Jacuzzis, pools, massage, solarium and even beauty treatments.
What do you expect to sign up to a gym?
