Train at home or gym you get the same results?
Surely more than once you've wondered: "Really, is it necessary to go to the gym or just do a series of exercises at home is enough?"
There are thousands of videos on 'YouTube' personal coaches or instructors will show a series of exercises to run without leaving home, but does it really work? Will I get the same results working out at the gym?
Why is it better to
train in a gym?
For many reasons, among which are:
· Variety of exercises: In a gym you can always
do a lot more exercise than at home because of that you have plenty of weight machines and cardio
(aerobic exercise). However, at home you are very limited
with exercises that you can perform.
· Security and good performance is very important to properly execute the exercise in order to

resistance) without actually loading other muscles. Moreover,
