The importance for the cult of the body grows day by day and thus increases the proliferation or creating gyms to satisfy our desires or needs. I would like to present my point of view 5 tips in order to find the right gym for you:
1.       The closer you are to your home better! - I've been through several gyms and I can assure you that the fact of being far away or close to home directly influences the desire to go. I assure you that the distance between your home / office and gym directly influences the desire to continue assisting him ! 2.       What do you offer me? - Gyms decades have nothing to do with those that exist today. What mainly they differ? Now when you walk into a gym in order to inform you of the activities offered will leave you completely dizzy, it seems as if you walked into a bar and the bartender shows you a letter in which there are many dishes and desserts to choose from! if weight training, cardio room, aerobics classes, spinning, zumba, etc etc could take all the varieties that offer article writing-so that- It is important that you consider what they offer, but is even more important to know what we're going to give use! If you sign up to the gym in mind in order to gain muscle mass and also lose some extra kilos, for a gym that offers fitness machines and aerobic exercise machines (tape, elastic, bicycles ...) it is more than enough. It makes no sense to sign a gym that offers many forms but then do not go to make use of them because it is obvious that the gyms that offer many more varieties are the most expensive.


3.       Circle of people or the environment - is important to see the type of people who frequent the gym, and every day going to spend time on it and especially with other people! It may sound a bit shallow, but we all influence the type of people we have around us when making our exercises. It is important that you feel comfortable with the people that are there, as there are gyms that attract little group due to age, other minds by gender, etc.

4.       Type monitors - It is important to have a person with experience and skill in the art at your side when it comes to train for that you pay every month: D! Do not be afraid to ask the person if it is regulated sports instructor, nutritionist and everything you can think of. Remember that this person is there to help and I'm sure you will not offend such questions, backwards. Remember, if no monitor in your gym ... run!

5.       Facilities - Today there are many gyms that are promoted at a very affordable price because of the financial crisis in which we live, be aware that the less money generates a gym is obvious that less money you have to invest in facilities, monitors, machines etc. With respect to facilities it is important to have good ventilation and air conditioning because in the summer months will not want to see the gym or painting if not possesses good facilities.
