Corn is a food high in carbohydrates because starch it contains. Therefore, it is an ideal to help reduce the number of calories in subsequent meals or snacking very satiating food.

This property Culinary corn makes appropriate diets for weight loss. Studies have shown that diets allow you to eat carbohydrates and natural sugars help decrease the weight of a healthy and proper that those who only rely on carbohydrates drastically reduce subjecting the body to form spaciness of hunger.
